Is this Narvikschild a fake?

I have seen this Narvikschild for sale, but am concerned with the apparent poor quality of the item, and also the photos (I find that poor pics usually equal fake items). I am trying to get better pics from the seller. He bought this some years back and admits it may be a fake.

Any help & comments appreciated

I was hoping someone who may own one of these shields could help out on this one as I'm not a collector of these. I don't like the fixing tabs, I thought these were supposed to be pins on the back?
Hopefully now it's back to the top someone else can offer an opinion?

I have some larger pics now which might help. I searched Google and I saw several with the flat tabs on the side. Some with cloth backing looked to have the normal type pins (different manufacturers??)

Definitely a fake. No original Narvik shields had these side tabs, as Adrian says, prongs only.
