'Ohio Fake' Ribbonbars and Medalbars.

A couple of ribbonbars/medalbars have cropped up recently and have been identified as 'Ohio Fakes'. I would like to open this thread dedicated to these fake bars so if you have one, have seen one or can provided any information regarding them, identifying them, origins etc please share it here.
