I am not aware of copies being made (yet) of the Cross of Honour.

There are some of the widows cross, quite crude but someone has worked out they're a bit rarer.

Now when I think of the things I never bought because there's lots of them. Don't I feel stupid now!!!!

Next time I'm out and about I will take the camera and shoot some of the stalls from Eastern Europe and post them as a warning.

Exactly. Things go in phases:

Masses of them around, worth very little.

Less around but still not worth a huge amount.

They dry up a bit, but still quite common, and then suddendly they are faked.

I have seen this scenario played out time and time again over the years.
