Medal is fine. Odd that the ribbon is missing from the packet...perhaps a previous collector needed one?

No problems with it from here either. It looks like the thin layer of lacquer has lifted off in places and you can see the fine bubbles in it on the reverse.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

As said, there are no problems with it. The packet is also a good one. You just need
a mint folded ribbon for it, which shouldn't be too hard to find.........
