ostmedaille medal 2nd time lucky!!!!

I managed to find another ostmedaille medal after the first one I had looked to be fake...…
This one looks and feels as I would expect it to and the ribbon looks correct , the makers mark seems to be a 13 possibly variant 2?
Anyway I have taken a few pictures so you can judge for yourselves !!
