I'm not really studied Osang badges, but I think its a fake or an original which has a replaced hinge,pin, catch and tightened up rivets.

I think you are right on the fake thought. Wrong hardware set up for an Osang, and the eagle mimics a junker, but it doesn't make it.
I'd leave this one if i were you

thanks for the input guys though i dont think its intentional from the seller if it is as its the same seller who has the original hollowback 7 wheeler panzer badge and the original DerStahlhelm collar tabs which Ade verified i thought maybe a original with replacement pin also i showed pics to a dealer and he mailed me quite a few times asking how much strange
