Hello everyone,
I could need some help identifying this Narvikschild.
I did research before, read the Narvik fakes database, but I lack the experience to definitely tell if this here is good or bad.
Thanks for help,
Chris

Hello,
it is a fake IMO
It comes in both silver and gilt with KM and Army cloth
Cheers
Doug
Doug is correct. These are made by Floch and date from around 1979/1980.

Thank you for your help, I will not keep it in my collection then.

One last question: I have heard there are collectors that especially collect Souval postwar medals, or even Floch copies.
Does this Narvik shield hold any value in regards to these collectors?
If yes, can someone roughly estimate a value for it?
Thanks !
Sorry, we are not a free evaluation service.
You'll have to look around at various dealers to get an idea.

Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
It might be a good idea to inform the collector's community where these are being sold and by whom?
