Hi Kris,
It depends who you ask! To a collector of genuine TR awards - no value. To someone looking for a space filler or who doesn't have the budget for an original - some value. To a re-enactor who wants a good looking repro to adorn their uniform, again - some value.
I couldn't begin to advise a price, it would be down to the buyer and seller to work out a mutual agreement both are happy with.
