I believe the bow was to be worn in the lapel of civilian jackets

Re: Ribbon Bar vs. Bow?
Shouldn't the colors be reversed..? Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the color pattern on this bow for the EK2? Maybe I drank too much coffee this morning... or not enough!

So I'm not going insane after all!
Is there even such a thing as an EK2 w/ swords... ?

Re: Ribbon Bar vs. Bow?
No there isn't. Looks like someone just stuck some swords on there !

Re: Ribbon Bar vs. Bow?
I was thinking the same. Did they make a bow for the RK with swords?

Re: Ribbon Bar vs. Bow?
It looks to me as if there are two ribbons on the bow, Iron Cross on the front, War Merit Cross on the back. Perhaps its meant to represent both medals, with the swords relating to the War Merit Cross?
