but orange?

I don't recognise it at all. Sorry. The green ribbon could be Ostvolk as you say.

Don´t think it has any connection to ostvolk // all the other german ribbons...

Agree that this may be badly survived soviet bar - better pics from backside are needed to decide.

Here is (for comparison) my just purchased german bar with ostvolk:

The bar might relate to the Red Army if rely on proportion by height and width of items. But one-color ribbons are uncharacteristic for russian medals.

yess, hard to determine who's country ribbon it was.
it's find in Kurland pocket, and there were different nations at the end of the war.

The long thin shape of the ribbons is unusual for German ribbonbars that were more often found with more of the ribbon on show as in post #5.
