Hi, welcome to the forum. I have to say that I think this is a fake award. The reverse hardware is very poor in quality and nowhere near good enough to be Schwerin made piece. Leon.

I agree with the above comments.
The misspelling of the maker maker is not a good sign,as pointed out by Ned.
Plus,i do not recall ever seeing a 2nd pattern Schwerin with a vertical pin,all originals i know of are found with horizontal pins and top hooks.
Just not a good one,sorry to say.
