    Glenn,
    Very nice piece indeed, first time I've seen a miniature stick pin, to be honest can't remember the last time I saw a full-blown original. Most probably the dearest stick pin shown in this thread, did it come together with the case ? any markings on the reverse ?

    Thanks, friend...It was a gift from a German veteran and came with the case, no markings on the reverse...

    Very very nice piece Glenn perchance did the vet you acquire it from serve in the legion Condor or is there any known history on the piece

    Thanks Mark...The veteran was a friend of my German grandmothers and would fix things around the house for her...All I know about him is that he served with the 20th Panzer Division in Russia and spent 10 years in a Soviet POW Camp, not returning to Germany until 1955...
