Hi Krisse,
Forget it. It's a 'Hybrid' fake that basically has the appearance of a type II medal in aspects of the wreath, lettering and background, but with a type I suspension eyelet that is rounded and not bevelled. It's surprising how many guys get caught out by this one.

Hi, that one is terrible, the lettering is all over the place and appears to sit at different levels, I have never studied this award but even if it were a fiver in a junk shop I would have ignored it. Leon.
