Well the fakes that Mr Winkler had were apparantly very high quality and as we know fooled a good number of supposedly 'experienced' collectors/dealers which only serves to highlight the dangers in this hobby. Personally I get very concerned when a 'hoard find' is mentioned as I suspect as the years pass that the likelihood of real hoard finds still appearing grow less and less and the likelihood of a faker simply dumping his latest batch of clever copies grows and grows.
