Stick Pin HELP Please

I have spent the past couple hours trying to ID this stick pin. Just not smart enough to figure out. I can post to the specific forum after I can ID. The pin feels heavy so I believe it is made of Silver. All help is greatly appreciated.

It is.
It is the same as the RLB cap badge .

Hello John, as Ralph and JB said it's the RLB. Here are the known versions of RLB pins in silver and gold from The Husken book and from my own collection as well.
