I am agreeing with Harry. The document is almost certainly a modern fake and the accompanying medal looks suspicious as well. Not a Bad fake-but the quality just doesn't look to be there.

At first glance, I would say that the ribbon and possibly the Prague Castle bar seem OK, but better images are needed.

Edit: Original examples of this award do not seem to have quite the sharpness of many other period awards. That is not to say that this one is genuine though.

Not totally clear, but the eagle's face looks a bit dicey, not much detail on it judging by the picture at least. Also, the man on the left looks to be wearing a mask rather than a plain expression.

By the way... guys... I bought the sudeteland medal WITHOUT the ribbon (cheap)... does anyone know where can I buy JUST THE RIBBON, PLS????
