It's a fake Mo. Assmann did produce the Minesweeper and they only produced one variant so all Assmann badges should look the same and have all the same features, hinge, pin and catch unless they've been repaired.
They're a hard badge to find and harder to obtain in a reasonable condition. Compare the example above to my original posted not so long ago.......
