Two Mother's Crosses: Authenticity and Opinions?

My friend emailed me these 2 pictures asking for feedback on these two mother's crosses as he is looking to pick one up as well. They both look okay, I guess, but of course I don't have a discerning eye yet. The ribbons on both look good, however based on what you all told me about the width congruency of the white stripes. Any feedback is much appreciated.
