I have been offered this badge. Please excuse bad pictures. Looks like a zincer, but I know very little about these badges. Definitely looks like it has deteriorated quite a bit on obverse. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

This one looks like it should be right but the reverse hardware is putting me off, has anyone seen this hinge/pin/catch before?

Did a bit of checking and the reverse of this looks identical to the Hermann Wernstein I've seen on WAF, I think it was.

Just found it, previously thought to be a Wernstein but is actually a Weidmann.

Great Adrian. I've been confused about this maker, because I have an IAB with the marking and everyone said then that it was Wiedmann, but lots of sites with info on badges still refer to it as Wernstein. What makers mark is Wernstein then?

I'm not sure Tom, not sure if there even is a Wernstein makers mark. In one of his books Robin Lumsden has it as an 'H' above a 'W' within a circle but I have no idea if this is correct or where to find an image of a Wernstein mark on a combat badge.
