U-Boots-Kriegsabzeichen - Help please!

Hello experten! Can anyone give me an opinion on my unmarked U-Boat badge please? I've had it for a fair while, but have never asked anyone to give it the once-over. If it is real, could anyone give me a rough idea of it's value? And should I clean it, and if so, what is the best way please? Danke!

Hi Troy, it is a good original badge. The maker is ""Fo".

It requires no cleaning.

Yes, looks good from here. A zinc badge with the finish slowly disappearing. Again, do not clean it, you will remove more of the finish and the zinc will never get a shine on it.

You got a genuine U-Boots and Minensuchabzeichen for a total of 30€? That's unbelievable! But well done!

It helps make up for the other fakes I've been ripped off with over the years. The Karma wheel turns full circle, but sometimes it seems to take a while
