I'm not 100% sure about this unmarked Ostmedaille so I need your expertise! I went trough the Ostmedaille database but I did not help me
identify this medal.

Hello

This is a fine OM7 / Paul Maybauer.
There is a interesting flaw on the small "s" in "Winterschlacht" on your medaille.
