It looks fine to me as well. Shame about the damage to the centre but if you can get it for a good price then go for it!
It is possible the centre section is slightly off centre as there appears to be a small ridge just showing in the upper left quadrant between the arms where the circular centre meets the 'starburst'.

A nice cross, however they are very plentiful and inexpensive so I would look for one in with better enamel, unless you prefer flawed ones of course

if and when you get it you should get a damp cloth and see if could rub off the stain. i did it on mine and i managed to get a small bit of food.
