What medal is this?

Hi does anyone know what medal this is?

On the front it says "Adolf Hitler Der Führer aus der not" and on the other side it says "Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei- Wählt am 14.September 1930"

I have no idea what medal it is, neighter my dad.

I don't have any idea about these propaganda itens rarity or value, I collect only official issued medals.

It looks like what they called "Party Day Tag". The Nazi party would have rallys where pins an medals were given out to all that attended. Mostly they were cheap tin stamped pins but I have seen some medals as well. This one has mention of the Workers Party and a specific date, so perhaps it falls in this catagory.
