Where do the 1957 awards belong?

Dear All,
I've been pondering and put my thoughts to Steve (Oradour) and Ade as to where the 1957 versions of the Third Reich awards belong.
They are definitely post war issue awards and worn by members of the Bundeswehr so there is an argument for them being in the Bundeswehr sub forum.
There is also a case for them belonging in the Third Reich awards section as they were earnt during that period and worn by veterans of WW2 and they are actually Third Reich awards albeit minus the swastika and not official Bundeswehr decorations.

So.......

To gauge opinions and to see where you, the members, would like to see these awards, here is a poll to vote on and add your thoughts and points of view.

I like the idea of making a sub forum in the TR Orders and Decorations, under the EK 1939 sub forum. I think they have more of a connection to the war because they were simply made to comply with the new laws, and, as you said, fully earned during the war and worn by the same veterans. Thanks for putting this to a vote!

My opinion is they are post war and BW related, so I would say BW sub forum.
Also; not all TR medals came in a '57 version!

Earned and presented in the TR era in a TR era conflict.

I would consider the Third Reich awards section appropriate for the "1957" awards for 2 reasons:

First, this is simply what they are: Re-designed re-issues of Third Reich awards.

Second, only a fraction of those persons who were entitled to wear them served in the Bundeswehr.

As Adrian has mentioned we have talked about this and I am torn on where to place them? So I will go with the membership wishes. However, I cannot make a subforum within the Bundeswehr forum for them, as it is a subforum itself.

So it is important more people vote please.

Though manufactured and worn during the BW period, these were earned during the TR period and I think it is most appropriate that they are placed in a sub forum of the TR awards section.

I also want to see the "1957 versions" of Third Reich awards in a sub-forum of their own in the Third Reich section, like the new Eisernes Kreuz-forum.
