For me : Fake.
The badge flatness, the number '9 'for the year 1917 is not consistent. the screw back is centered on the back, so it should not be on this guy. It should be on the neck of the head of Lenin.

Look at the hair of Felix Dzerzhinsky on your document and the Book of Philip (the head is similar to the 3 variations show in this book).
For me too, this badge is fake , sorry .
