Document for the Medal Defense of Leningrad issued February 1st, 1944 by the Executive Committee Leningrad City Deputies of Workers, Serial #AB17249.
(Note: clerical error on the obverse, started to write father's name, corrected on the reverse with the stamp of the 50th Separate Heavy Tank Regiment and dated February 5th, 1944.)

Document for the Medal Capture of Berlin issued to Lieutenant Vladimir Egorovich Novichkov on December 27th, 1945 by the Commander and Hero of the Soviet Union (#4598) of the 917th Artillery Red Star Regiment, 350th Infantry Division, Major Prokofi Mitrofanovich Romas, Serial #A400682.

Two minor additions: The Königsberg doc was signed by the commander of the 2nd Independent Guards Rifle Brigade. The other document, to Solovei, was issued by the military commissar of the city of Stalinabad, Lt.Col. Zhukov.

Document for the Medal 800th Anniversary of Moscow issued to Mikhail Petrovich Grigor'ev dated June 2nd, 1948 by the Executive Committee of the Moscow City Council of Worker’s Deputies, Serial #A215425.

Document for the Medal 30th Anniversary of Victory to a Combatant to the same man dated October 25th, 1975.

Document for the Defense of Moscow issued to Vladimir Ivanovich Zakharchuk dated November 3rd, 1944 and signed by Lieutenant Colonel Kosarev. Can't decipher the unit's acronym.
