Can anyone tell me a little bit about this particular item.

I know it's Soviet but do not know anything else about it.

It is all silver w/ a serial number in the back.

I would like to know how rare they are and what kind of value do they have.

It is a "Order of the Patriotic War" It looks original to me , but it's not my area . Hope that helps .
