    Default CCCP medal identification

Hopefully this should be an easy one for most but I know nothing about this area of collecting.

Can someone tell me what this is? Looks postwar. It's very solid and appears to be made of silver.

    Thanks!

It's an Order of the Red Banner of Labor from the former Soviet Union. It was manufactured in early 1971 by the Russkiye Samotsvety Factory in Leningrad (St. Petersburg) and probably also awarded around that time. It is indeed made of silver.
