Combat service medal / Diferent suspensions

Hi guys.

I have seen that exist several suspension for russian medals and in particular for the combat service medal.
I am interested in ww2 medals so sometimes I am in doubt, and I don't know if they are reals or a later replacement.

Here there are four diferentes types that I have found in the internet.









The first one in my opinion is a later replacement, and the third one I think is correct. The others I am not sure.
