367th Berlin Red Banner Aviation Regiment, 188th Riga Bomber Aviation Division, Supreme Commander Reserve Order 07/N dated 17th August, 1945
On behalf of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet USSR, I award the Combat Service Medal to:
5. 1st Squadron Special Equipment Electrician Master Sergeant of Technical Services Grigorii Archilovich Kiladze, who during his participation in the Patriotic War against the German invaders from June 1941 through May 1945 serviced 200(?) daylight PE-2 sorties without a single incident of electrical equipment malfunction attributable to him. He restored and replaced electrical wires of an aircraft with 45 wire breaks in 20 minutes(?), thus permitting a combat aircraft to execute its combat mission. He knows well the assigned electrical equipment, its repair, and cannibalization and keeps it in full combat readiness and exemplary condition.
Prior to his arrival in the 367th Bomber Aviation Squadron he served in the 50th Bomber Aviation Division, 5th Guards Bomber Aviation Regiment, and 6th Independent (?) Aviation Regiment where he received great experience in the (?) of training flights and various bomber aircraft and skillful exploitation.
