Criteria for soviet excellence badges

The Criteria for some German combat badges was 3 days combat etc, I was wondering given my new found interest in soviet Excellence badge what was the criteria necessary for being awarded an Excellent award. Was it the same for each kind of award or did it vary dependant on award?
