Hi,
One of my favorite military ID. The soldier received the insignia of the best shooter in the FM 06 November 1942 and he set his badge on the back of his military ID.

thanks for high estimation, but you should know that my collection isn't perfect. Each badge has several types according different makers and time of issue, and there are hrofessional "Exellent..." badge collectors.

Does anyone have a list of the year and also possibly the month that each one of these "Excellence" badges was instituted? I have not been able to find this information yet.
