Guard's Badge

Article about: I have only just begun to collect Russian WWII. I have this Guard badge that I hope is WWII. Why do some have fringe on the flags? Mine does not. Bob Hritz

    The screwback of your badge is'nt original to that badge, but the badge itself is nice and original one

    Some examples of Guards badges .

    Guard status was awarded from September 1941 .
    Guards badges was introduced in March 1942.
