So does the 100 jump para badge represent a sort of qualification and the 10 extra was optional? Surprising they're not worth more if this is the case because jumping out of an aeroplane 100 times is pretty impressive!Cheers

The badge itself is a qualification badge and they started with zero numbers actually on the badge. After your first jump you'd get a dangely pendent with a '1' on it. After your second jump you'd flip that pendant because there was a '2' on the reverse. All the way up to 10 jumps. At that point you'd get a badge with a big '10' on the badge and start over with the '1' & '2' pendants an go to 20. Then 30, 40, 50, and so on..... I have a badge with a '500' on it. Lord knows how much higher it went.
There are thousands of these on various auction site worldwide so they are obviously plentiful.
