Help need with badge please

This badge was dug up near to Hanko in Finland but I am not sure if it was lost in wartime or after the war , Does anyone know what it was awarded for ?

Nice find! I wonder how this got to Hanko, as it was only occupied during a part of the 40's. Was the find close to Porkkala?

Hi yes found not so far from Porkkala , i know the Russians had a base there so must have been from that time

This badge was worn by Pioneers in the Soviet Union and it reads "Всенда готов - Always ready!" This style was used from 70's to 80's I think.
