How identify a Voenkomat?

Im new in Soviet medal, but I didnt understand very well the Voenkomat medal. It's kind of an official copy create decades after the war? How can I identify one? I went into the Mondvor website, but didnt undestant the difference between the 1st and 3 option.... Somebody can rescue me on this?

First variation medals (wartime medals) have a seperate connecting ring, soldered to the medal:



Voenkomat medals (postwar medals given to those who didn't receive a medal earlier during or early postwar). These have a solid ring, part of the medal:
