These include: a medical certificate issued in 1944 on behalf of Lt. Andrei Policarpovich Sheik, made by a medical commission ruled that he had a wound on the left side of his torso. The document was signed by the head of the hospital.
The other is a document from the Internal Affairs Section of the Board of Deputies of the Donets area, which appoints the rank of Colonel of Militia, Maj. Andrei Policarpovich Sheik.
"I commend you for hosting this high distinction and wish him future success in his work in the cause of our country." Signed by the head of that committee, a Lieutenant General in May 1970.

Nice to see another group to a Leningrad veteran. It would appear his second Order of the Red Star, nr. 3281954, may have been a November, 1954 long-service award.
