leningrad medal award with book

Hi Guys,

Does anyone already see an identical notebook containing a document of the medal of Leningrad? The document is stuck on the notebook marked with a symbol inspired by the medal (a soldier with a rifle in the hand see photo). I looked on the forums and I did not find a notebook similar. Thank you for giving me your opinion.

I've seen several of these but they are rather scarce, definitely more scarce than the normal Leningrad documents without the booklet attached to it. There was a topic on these on the Soviet Awards Forum but sadly I can't find it. I don't know who received this type and who received the normal version - your guy was just a private and it wasn't one of the earliest documents either.

From memory, this type of document is also available for the Defence of Moscow
