I spend a lot of time in the former USSR, I have business there. I speak Russian fluently but I am myself English. I have contacts who sell and buy medals, I can even get my hands on the awards of breakaway republics such as Transnistria, Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Nagorno-Karabach.
