Hi Pierre, I have four variations,
1-Separately soldered ring.
2-"U" shaped ring is part of medal.
3-Eyelet medals one piece.
4-Eyelet medals one piece, rounded.

I have a the bulgarian version of the pentagonal shoes with the document .
