The Combat Service Medal looks authentic, albeit polished, and remounted on the five-side suspension with the other medals, a Defense of Stalingrad and a Victory over Germany, which also appear genuine. There's no telling without documentation, i.e. Order Book and named medal documents, if this bar is indeed a bona fide set. It probably is in all likelihood. I think it is worthy of further research inasmuch as you have the number of the Combat Service Medal.
Regardless, a pleasing presentation although, as I said earlier, the Combat Service Medal was initially mounted on an older four-sided rectangular suspension, see below, which leads me to believe this medal has been remounted and combined with the other medals seen here, which was a common practice.
The three piece suspension mounting and ribbon configuration also appears genuine.
I have taken the liberty of posting a couple of "no name" bars, obverse & reverse, from the collection for comparison; the first a Victory over Germany, Capture of Koenigsberg, & a Capture of Berlin, the second a Victory over Germany, Capture of Berlin, & a Liberation of Prague.
You pays your money and you'se takes your chances. . .
