Hi,
For me it's a fake.
I do not like the enamel, as well as the striking of the mint and the number.
It is an order that was sold on April 26 Ebay.fr.
Regards.
Philippe
Thank you for the answer. I know it has some relation to to France. I just need some opinions on it. I will get some from Russia as well.
Thanks for the opinion.
Regards, Lars
Anybody else please
Have you bought and paid already?
I have always been skeptical when it comes to ORB 2 and up awards...
...especially if they were offered/sold at nearly the same price as ordinary ORBs.
Non nobis, Domine, non nobis, sed nomini tuo da gloriam!
Exactly. The enamel and lettering on the 2nd award look bad, and the mint mark and serial number of the 3rd award look slightly off, but I wouldn't buy anything based on these poor pictures. I heard what the seller is asking and it's less than what these two are worth, so I'd pass.
I must be careful on this, cos this orders can cost you a fortune, let me put it this way: I have never seen such copies. Datrus if you want more strong opinion, we gonna need good , sharp scans , observe and reverse. I'll ask as well fellow collectors from Russia, who have more knowledge then me about 2nd + ORBs
The 2nd one has very low No. for that mint-mark tho
Scans like those
I have not bought them. They are not for me actually. A friend mailed them to me for second/fourth opinion. I just try to help another guy out. None of my friends here in Russia have answered yet.
I also just came back from Denmark one hour ago.
Regards, Lars
Hi,
in this group, there is also an Order of the Red Banner, 2nd award, which is a fake. The group is also completely false (except for red stars).
