hope someone can help me to find out if its real or fake.

Only 52,000 of these were issued, which makes post war manufactured medals plentiful and originals somewhat rare. Most Russian Campaign medals were issued in the 200,000 to 1,000,000 range. I can't see anything that makes it post war but I would wait for other opinions.
