    Default Soviet (?) engineers wings?

These are very wide (~96mm) and made of heavy metal. They look like the 1949-58 soviet engineer wings, but 1) they seem to be slightly shorter than 99mm and 2) they are a SCREW back and not a pin back. The nut is unmarked and made of copper or a brass (?).

    Is this soviet?

Found similar at another site. Discussion is in Russian but seems to imply production sometime before 1950. These are WIDE wings.

If no one here knows, is there a Russian site someone can recommend?
