Are these submarine badges any good?

Article about: These two larger badges have screw-on backs, and look like high-dollar stuff to me. Am I right or wrong? Are they rare or common? The one in the middle is junk- it has a push-on clip. Bb

    Hi Bob, I cannot tell you much about these as they are modern. My interests really stop at 1945. I guess they commemorate a visit or co-operation of some sort, given the Russian and Norwegian flags? But in case you don't know any Russian they read " Kursk": the ill fated sub which was lost which you will no doubt recall.

    the badges for salvage of kursk ( NORWAY RUSSIA ) but i think is not official badges , only commemorative
