Two Soviet labor badges

Hi everyone,

Picked these up yesterday on a whim. My brother knows a bit of Russian and thinks it translates to "Excellence in service of the Ministry of Construction", but I cant find any like it. It is numbered 11041. We're stumped on the second badge. Bulgarian, perhaps?

Hi John, the lower one will be Ukrainian equivilent. Українська Радянська Соціалістична Республіка

Agreed, Ukrainian for the second. Both are nice, the first especially being numbered as well. Shame about the enamel damage as it does detract some.
Both have the 'MMA" Moscow Mint marke and the screw plate has the Monetny Dvor mark. Not sure if the two go together but they are period so...
