    What is the award listed last on this document?
    Is it shorthand for order of the great patriotic war 2nd class?
    Орд Отеч войны II...... and he has entered his 1985 jubilee award number in his book given the number? 3,633,121

    I think you are right. It indeed looks like the veteran himself added the OPW II jubilee award.

    To follow up on this and point out some of the challenges to tracking people even with a book with a name right inside it, his name was spelled differently on EVERY award he had! All his awards are online under the following names......
    Далакян Владимер (Владимир) Павлович - First Bravery
    Далакян Владимир Павлович - Second Bravery
    Долокян Владимир Павлович - His Red Star
    Даллакян Владимир Павлович - His jubilee OGPW II (and the way it is written on the book)

    Is the name Armenian?

    Definitely Armenian.
    The situation with different name spelling is quite usual, when veterans are other than Russian, Ukrainian, or Belorussian.
    May we se the documents fully?

    The award documents are all online under those names I gave....the only document for these I have is the book above
    Here is the online red star document, note that isn't what he was recommended for.
