2 new silver stars numbered

Picked these up both are numbered and a name is on one of the boxes, i think the purple heart was with one of the stars but alas not named....havent started digging in to the name yet...first one numbered 96108, ribbon shows a lot of ware,second one even lower 50687..
see the 3 stars beside each other...different thickness
