Hello Didier. A very interesting medal set you have there! Are there any hallmarks on the pieces at all? To me they do not look like a standard combat related award. The quality of them almost look jeweler like. I would guess they are either military academy or veteran organization related? Based off color alone the ribbon makes me think Spanish but that's too easy. in any event obviously artillery related. The feather and sword just make me think officer, hence my guess of military academy? In any event I hope you find your answer. Best regards.
Brian
Does the "cogged" wheel maybe point to something manufacturing related? Munitions manufacturing? Just throwing it out there.
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

Hello Gentlemen

it's a real mystery ??

Not one ive seen before, but it looks more masonic than military to me.
maybe worth a scrawl through some masonic "jewels" to see if you can find a match.
Just a guess though.
Hello
crossed canons and shell and sword, probably military, no ?
note the badge has the same symbol as medal.....

I wouldn't say masonic, I'm leaning more towards Civilian munitions worker , a production award or something similar.
Check Belgium and the Low Counties for similar awards.
The central motif is two crossed cannons a shell surrounded by a cog wheel. That says Arms Production to me.
