Another Fea market found medal a British Military Medal

Found this also on the fea market British Military Medal 134811 Sapr AE Jempson 218/FD Coy RE , they only had this medal not sure what happen to the others to go with it

From what i could find looks like it was awrded in July 1918 but not sure what it was awarded for
